Lost or Stolen Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier has marked your package as delivered, it is out of our control. Please ensure that you provide a safe and secure delivery location. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Address Changes

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
